About Charlie
Charlie is a gentle soul who's desire is to be as close to you as possible. He is hungry for love and affection and has shown himself to be extreemly good at cuddling. He was found wondering the streets so we have no information on his history. The rangers who picked him up feel that he had been on the street for some time. His coat was very long and terribly matted. He was given an emergency clip to make him comfortable and enable him to see. He has a soft silky coat that is low shedding and suitable for people with allergies. Charlie is quickly learning how to live inside and enjoy being part of the family. He is toilet trained, great with other dogs and loves to socialise. He travels well in the car and is happy to meet new humans. He is enjoying his twice daily walks and learning what it means to walk on the lead. We have started to let him off the leash at the park and he comes when called. Charlie is looking for the following in his new home:
taken to the groomers for a clip every 8 weeks for the rest of his life. These dogs end up in all sorts of pain & discomfort if not clipped regularly. Walked daily for at least 40min. Charlie is an active dog and will need an owner who will allow him off leash to have a good run around. Charlie needs to be an inside dog in a home where his humans have plenty of time to spend with him. Ideally a home where the adults are not working full time. He would be best suited to sleeping in the bedroom rather than being locked away from his humans. If you can provide charlie with a forever home, where he will be cherished and loved please call
