Personality Plus!
- Charlie is a gentle, affectionate, friendly and relaxed man with a great personality.
- He loves people and talks back to his carer’s all the time.
- Charlie is a real food lover who loves chicken or beef as long as it has gravy on it!
- He loves company and is best suited to a quiet home with adults only where someone is home more often than not. He does not do well with young children or other animals.
- Charlie loves smelling the fresh air as he watches the birds and what’s happening in the world.
- He enjoys spending his days stretched out on the couch or sleeping on his scratch mat.
- He knows the sound of his carer’s car and greets them at the front door.
- He will sleep snuggled up with you in bed and enjoys laying on his carer's chest or up against their necks on the couch.
- Charlie will make his lucky adopter a lovely companion.

Our adoption process includes a two week trial period to ensure you and your adopted pet are the right fit.
The adoption fee includes desexing, vaccinations, microchip (including transfer of ownership), flea and worm treatment and vet check.
SAFE Busselton requests that all persons adopting a cat adhere to responsible containment practices. As per the current Cat Laws in WA we encourage people to keep their rescued cat as a permanent indoor cat or with access to a safe cat run. It is no longer desirable to allow your cat to wander onto adjoining properties. Confident cats can also be trained to walk on a harness and lead. We ask that owners be responsible and keep their adopted cat safe at all times so that you will have a long and loving life together. Information on cat enclosures can be found here: https://safe.org.au/catios
SAFE Busselton reserves the right to select adoptive homes based on “best fit” for the pet. Although all applications will be considered, being the first application will not necessarily provide an advantage as the adoption committee considers many factors when matching animals to their new home.
5 GREAT REASONS TO ADOPT FROM SAFE BUSSELTON:
- Lifetime guarantee: if you can no longer care for me, SAFE Busselton will take me back;
- Adoption fee includes vet check, vaccination, desex and microchip and microchip ownership transfer;
- Foster care instead of cage confinement, so I get love and socialisation;
- Speak directly with my foster carer;
- Quick response to your enquiry.
