Meet Sootie!

Sootie is a lovely mature lady who was brought to the shelter a few weeks ago. Surrendered through no fault of her own, Sootie finds herself looking for a family on the more relaxed side; perhaps a couple of adults, or maybe even some older children, who can give her lots of love and attention when she wants it. She is good at letting you know when she just wants some 'me time', but gives the best head bumps and cuddles when she's in the mood.

Sootie was brought to the shelter with another cat, Mindy, but Mindy decided that she didn't want to share anymore time or space with her feline friend. She may be fine with relaxed dogs who won't bother her and might be fine with another cat friendly cat; but not completely without fault, she can be a bit selfish when it comes to sharing attention.
