About Bailey
Introducing Bailey, a delightful companion with a heart full of love and a playful spirit.
With great obedience training and impeccable leash manners, Bailey is a joy to take on walks. Bailey adores other dogs, and she's a hit at the dog park and beach. Her play style is gentle, favouring run-and-chase games over rough play. When it's time to rehydrate, Bailey is adorable and dips her face into the water bowl when drinking. She will also stand next to the water bowl and place only the right paw in the water. Cuuuute!
Around humans, Bailey's affectionate nature shines through. She's quick to shower you with licks and loves to snuggle up beside you. While she may alert you to unknown visitors, she warms up quickly once assured they're welcome. Bailey's easygoing and social demeanour makes her a joy to be around.
Her ideal home would be with an outdoorsy owner who relishes exploration and long walks. She's a fan of car rides and would love to be included in outdoor adventures and family outings. She is gentle and would likely enjoy living with children. School-age children may be best simply because of Bailey's size. She would LOVE to live with teenage kids who will kick the ball around and play with her. More than anything, Bailey loves to be with her people and get physical affection, and she would enjoy a home where she can have lots of quality time with the family.
Bailey would enjoy living with a companion dog but could also live as an only dog. She loves squeaky toys and will walk around and keep herself occupied with them. She would adapt to city-style life as she is fine with cars, traffic and general suburban sounds, but she does like to bark at birds and bats, so this is something to keep in mind if you have close neighbours.
Bailey likes to explore her surroundings - chasing butterflies and playing in the grass with crickets. She loves to run around a lot and is energetic, so a rural home would be good; however, a smaller property would be suitable if Bailey was getting at least daily walks/runs at the park.
Bailey truly is a gem of a dog...which means one lucky adopter is about to fall head over heels in love!

Adoption details
When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s owner - the person who knows them best!
It’s a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
From here, the owner will be in touch with you to chat a bit more about their pet, and if they feel your home is the best fit, they will arrange a ‘meet and greet’ for you all to get to know each other.
Should this prove successful, arrangements will be made for the pet to move straight from its current home into yours upon payment of the adoption fee.
The adoption fee is paid directly to PetRescue (via a secure payment link), and assists us to continue to run and develop programs to assist pet owners, just like Home2Home.
Change of Ownership paperwork will be completed, vetwork history will be provided and your new family member will be snuggled on your couch in no time!
