Hello lovely people, I'm Lucky. I'm an incredibly affectionate kitty with a heart full of love to give. My mum was a stray who gave birth to my siblings and I in a stranger's dog kennel, and they have long since found their adoptive homes. I am the type of cat who would be perfect for someone seeking that special companion animal bond - someone who understands this takes patience, love, and kindness. I have been waiting for over a year to find someone equally as special to take a chance on me and discover just how wonderful I truly am! 🥰
There will be some pretty amazing snuggles, once we get to know each other. I'll boop my head against you to ask for your attention, and then when you pat me, I'll flop down and stretch out so you can touch my soft tummy. I absolutely adore belly rubs and will gaze adoringly up at you with my big, gorgeous eyes as I purr away. 💖 I'll never pass up tummy rubs, as they make me melt into a purring puddle of happiness!
Do you have other kitties at home? Yay! I am calm and curious with my fellow felines and genuinely love spending time with them, so having another cat to hang out with would be so beneficial for me! I also enjoy having a good scratch on a horizontal cardboard scratcher. I have recently discovered my preference for feathered toys, especially the tweeting birdy toy (you'll see me turn into a big playful kitten).
So what other things do I have to say? A lot, actually! I will be a bit shy at first, but once we've bonded I become a talkative boy. I have the CUTEST little kitten meow and will happily chat away with you. I'm great with eating all my dinner, staying hydrated, and using the litter tray like a good boy. My name might be Lucky, but I'm sure you'll be feeling pretty lucky too when you discover I'm your best friend on four legs. 💕

Medical notes
I am currently receiving medication from the vet to manage my anxiety. It helps me feel safe and happy, and is provided in my food once a day so I'm not stressed taking a tablet. I will need my medication to be given every day, and my health and medication reviewed periodically by the vet.
Occasionally when I am stressed I can get a little wheezy. The vets checked me over thoroughly, and I've had chest xrays and the works, but nothing conclusive was found. My wheezing was treated with prednisolone which resolved this pretty quickly, and I've not had an episode since. My vet records can be provided to your preferred vet clinic for their reference.
I tested negative for FIV/FeLV and have been an inside only kitty since. I should be kept inside or in an enclosure to keep me (and the wildlife!) safe and healthy.

All applications will be assessed for suitability and compatibility. Approved adoptions will commence with a two week trial, after which time the adoption will be final and the microchip will be transferred to you.
All of our cats will be sent to their furever homes fully vaccinated, desexed, microchipped, parasite free and ready to become part of your family!
Please note that we do not condone roaming cats - when applying to adopt our cats, we expect that they will be kept as indoor cats only and/or have a suitable outdoor enclosure.
