Nemo

*In foster care in Summer Hill, Sydney*

Darling Nemo is a petite and gentle young lady with a penchant for human company! She came into care from the streets, a little flea-bitten and very afraid of people, but her time in foster care has shown her the joys of domestic life with a loving family - and lots of delicious food! These days she'll often wake up her carer with soft meows, signalling that it’s breakfast time :)

Nemo enjoys following her person around the house just to see what they’re up to, and hoping they might like to play. Playing is Nemo’s number one hobby! Favourite activities are chasing strings and batting at toy mice, and we think she's love to live with another nice kitten or cat. She also loves a good roll in the dirt!

Oh, and it’s not hard to start Nemo’s purr engine! Just give her back a gentle stroke and off she goes :) You’ll notice that Nemo has a most interesting fur! It’s grey tabby at first glance, but look deeper and you’ll see flecks of ginger.

Like all Maggie's pets, Nemo is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will have a kitty friend for me to play with, as I'm pretty energetic and a big fan of both human and feline company!

I can be rather shy, especially when I'm first meeting new people or experiencing new environments, so a family who'll be patient and loving, and who'll give me all the time I need to settle in, would be fab.

MY ENERGY LEVEL: Though I play hard, I like to get my beauty sleep at night - and I sleep especially well alongside my humans :)

MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Because I'm not the most confident girl out of the gate, kids who are old enough to respect my boundaries would be preferable.

MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Other cats are amazing! Less sure about dogs.
