About Bill 288
Are you ready to welcome a lively and charming ferret into your home? Look no further because Bill is here to brighten your days with his unique personality and boundless energy.
Bill is seeking a loving and experienced ferret owner who can provide him with the perfect forever home.
Bill is outgoing, confident, and full of life.
Bill thrives in an indoor environment, but he also enjoys supervised outdoor playtime. Whether it's exploring your living room or taking a leisurely stroll on a harness, Bill is always up for an adventure. His playful and active nature makes every day a new and exciting experience!
Bill is open to meeting kids aged 6 years and up. He loves interacting with children and can be a great playmate. However, it's important to note that Bill does have a tendency to nibble habit, so children should be supervised during playtime, as Bill may mistake those little finger as delicious treats!
While Bill is a social and confident ferret, he hasn't quite found a furry friend in our current ferret community. As a result, we're uncertain if he'd appreciate living with another ferret. He may thrive as the sole ferret in your household, soaking up all the love and attention you can offer.
Bill enjoys playtime with small toys and is a true entertainer. He's a ferret of the ground, preferring to explore and frolic on the floor rather than being held or picked up.
To keep Bill healthy and happy, he should be fed a ferret-specific diet. Plus, he's already litter trained, making clean-up a breeze!
Bill is more than just a pet; he's a charming character with a personality all his own. If you're looking for a ferret who'll bring excitement to your life, Bill is the perfect addition to your family.
Post-Adoption Life: With all animals it’s important to understand that going into a new environment with new people may not be as seamless as we want it to be. It’s important to know that these animals have unknown histories - most are left in the shelter by their owners. The information we have is from observing the animal’s behaviours & reactions to certain stimuli whilst in our care. Adopted animals can take up to 3 months to properly decompress from post-shelter life & a lot of behaviours & quirks may surface during this time. All that we ask is that their new owners have an open mind & are patient.
Adoption details
Please remember that the pets we have available sometimes come to us with no history, so we do our very best to get to know them while they are here and to match them to your home. Sometimes animals behave differently outside of the shelter environment, so please do keep in touch after adoption so that we can help you settle your new family member in and address any unexpected behaviours.
