About Chase - 8 Week Old Staffy X (Trial)
G’day! My name is Chase and I was born on 6th September 2023 along with my three brothers and one sister. The vet thinks we are about 90 percent Staffy with maybe a little bit of something else.
We have been with our foster family since we were just one hour old! Our mum came with us so we have been hanging out with her, drinking her milk, biting her tail and her ears until we got a bit too annoying. Now we eat mushed up big dog food and drink water from our grown up dog bowl.
We are typical boisterous puppies, we love a rough and tumble play, something to chew and lots of cuddles.
We sleep inside at our foster family’s house and spend time both inside and outside during the day depending on the weather.
We like to poop on the synthetic grass may that our foster mum got for us. Sometimes we do our number ones there too. Our foster mum says we are still on our L plates whatever that means.
Outside we love to explore the garden and say hello to all of the neighbours. We tend to forget our manners when we are excited and jump up and nip people’s socks and shoes to get their attention. Mum gives us a squirt of water when we do that and we don’t like that very much so we try to remember not to do it. But we are little and our excitement gets the better of us.
We are too little to practice on the lead just yet. We watch our big foster brothers go for walks and we can only imagine the fun things that they get to sniff and see at the park. Mum says we can go too after we have our next vaccination.
We went on a big adventure to the vet to have our vaccinations and microchip done. The vet said we were heathy and strong. We were very brave.
I am looking for my forever home. If you have a home that is looking for some puppy love, you have good fences and can put some time into training us to have good manners and give lots of cuddles and love then we just could be a perfect match.
Chase’s adoption fee is $700 which includes his desexing when he is old enough. It also includes his first two vaccinations. He has been treated for fleas and worms, and is microchipped.
Chase is in foster care in near East Lake Macquarie, NSW. Since he is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. He'll need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing when he's 5 to 6 months old.
