Max

Max is a cheeky playful affectionate young man who adores food! Feeding him from slow feeders/enrichment bowls to slow his eating down and keep his mind engaged is recommended! He does have a tendency to guard his food, especially bones and yummy things, so will need to be left alone while eating. Working on 'trade out' techniques during training is recommended! He is a smart boy who knows 'sit' and 'shake'.....well sometimes! He's still working on that!
Max hasn't had the best start to life and is looking for a family who will help him take on this next chapter of his life in a loving supportive home!
You will need to continue his training eg loose lead walk manners as he can be a little zigzaggy on the lead!
Calm older children, who will understand that he needs to be left alone while eating, are best for Max.
Max would like to meet the whole family at time of adoption, including your calm social female canine member if you have one.
