About Lily & Crumpet - Located in Preston
Hey potential hoomans! I'm Lily, the orange dynamo with a penchant for confusing even the most discerning cat enthusiasts. You might mistake me for Crumpet, but no worries—I'm the ginger ninja of the duo.
Now, let me introduce you to my partner in derp, the one and only Crumpet, a ragdoll with a heart as fluffy as his fur. We're the dynamic duo of snuggles, box-sitting champions, and experts in the fine art of cat tree napping. Oh, and if you're not into chest-sitting, we might have to renegotiate the terms of our companionship.
We're open-minded feline folks, cool with other cats—Crumpet is basically the Casanova of the cat world. As for dogs, well, we're still waiting for our grand debut in the canine department. Friendly vibes only, please!
Now, let's address the elephant in the room (or should I say, the cat in the box?): we're a package deal. Separation anxiety? Maybe a little. But hey, what's a relationship without a few dramatic fights over who gets the prime spot on the windowsill? It's all part of the charm.
So, if you've got a spare box or two and a heart big enough for two ridiculously good-looking fluffballs, swipe right. We promise a lifetime of snuggles, laughter, and just the right amount of cat drama. Are you ready for the adventure of a nine-lifetime?

Medical notes
WORLDWIDE CAT VACCINE SHORTAGE
There is currently a worldwide shortage of cat vaccines and supplies are unlikely to be replenished until early 2024. This is due to complicated supply problems post-COVID. Our vets have limited, and in some cases no supplies available, but are prioritising kittens and previously unvaccinated Cats wherever possible.
Kittens are at the highest risk as their level of protection is very low after the initial protection provided by the mother’s antibodies. While protection will wane a little over time, a delay up to three months is unlikely to result in a significant reduction in levels of protection. It is anticipated that clinics should have regular supplies early in the new year to bring your cat back up to date.
First Vaccination completed
We will try to provide at least 1 vaccination, depending on our supplies of vaccines available, however boosters may become overdue. In this case it is your responsibility to contact your vet as soon as supplies become available. We will not be re-imbursing any of this costs.
We require all cats and kittens to be indoors only and not allowed outside. This is especially important now as there is a risk of coming into contact with unknown cats who may not be vaccinated.
No Vaccination completed
Where we are unable to provide any vaccination during their time in care with us, please contact us on 0459779888 or via email to samantha@neko.org.au, and we will arrange for one vaccination to be done at one of our partnering clinics as soon as supplies are available. Boosters after this will be your responsibility.
Please note that should you choose to utilise your own clinic, we will not be re-imbursing any costs. This is your responsibility.
