Large Male German Shepherd Mix Dog
I've been adopted!
Meet the best boy in the West, Cowboy!
Cowboy has ended up at the shelter through no fault of his own. He is a very gentle and friendly giant.
Cowboy is suited to secondary school-aged and older and needs to be the only dog in the household as he loves all of the attention. He needs confidence building when it comes to handling and harness fitting, so to start with please be patient with him and go slowly.
Despite having the requirement of being the only dog in the home, after some confidence building, he will also need positive introductions to unfamiliar dogs, so again patience is key, you will need to go slowly.
Cowboy is very clever, he can sit, lie down, and sometimes even roll over!
If you can provide Cowboy with the best of the best, come down to the shelter and say hi!
