Yogi

Yogi by name, but not yet a yogi by nature. Can you help me find my Zen? I do have some yogi-type tendencies - I am reflective, and like a good stretch. I also like to meditate... actually, no, I mean sleep. I'm not yet as chilled and relaxed as I'd like to be. New things can overwhelm me, so it might take me a little while to settle in to my new home. I'm not the kind of cat that goes into things paws and all... I'm more into small steps than giant leaps. I like to take my time to suss out new environments: hopefully you'll be patient and let me adjust at my own pace. It would be paw-some if you are an experienced cat owner who 'gets' me from the start; basically I need someone to help me build my confidence, then once I feel comfortable I'll repay you with purrs and affection.
Nirvana for me would be a calm, quiet, patient home where I can be an indoor-only cat. I'm a sweet affectionate cat with a lot of love and purrs to give.
