Scooter

Scooter is an older gentleman who has been on many adventures. He's undergone extensive dental surgery and required a lot of medical intervention. During his time in the vet clinic he was quite overwhelmed, worried by close handling. Nevertheless, after all he's been through, he's a real trooper and is building his confidence once again. However, his way of showing stress is to go off his food, so a calm and loving family should solve that problem. Scooter enjoys snuggling up on fluffy blankets. He'll need to meet other dog at time of adoption: he's already met and interacted with another social small breed. He was happy just to wander around with the other dog.
I would prefer my retirement home to have no young children and low foot traffic.
