Dash

Dash is a sensitive young boy who needs little time to get to know and trust new people. He's a young playful lad who loves to play with his toys and ball. Dash is looking for a family who knows a little bit about his breed and their 'quirks' as he can be quite vocal when meeting other dogs and also showed some 'stranger danger' around the shelter. Once he is able to meet other dogs he is quite calm and respectful and would do well with a doggie friend for company. Dash can be unsure in new environments and meeting new people but warms quickly and is quite cheeky and playful. He's best suited to teens but may be lowered to calm older respectful children: must meet at time of adoption. Dash will need to meet other dogs at time of adoption. Would need a very tolerant and non reactive doggie friend who can see past his initial 'defensive facade'.
