About Charlie - 9 Month Old Beagle (Trial)
Meet this handsome fella named Charlie. He is a real dapper gentleman who is ready and waiting for his new dream home.
Charlie just loves humans, especially little ones, and would love to play and cuddle all day.
Charlie had a rough start but has come so far in just a short time. He would benefit from a family that will continue to work on his training.
Charlie seems to have a great interest with other fur friends and would thrive in a home with another dog of a similar size to help him learn and navigate this big scary world!
He is currently thriving on a fresh food diet. He is is currently 13kg and is almost full size.
To ensure Charlie is in the best place he would love a family who is home more often than not and will be required to live inside.

- Very well behaved both inside and out

PLEASE NOTE: When applying for our dogs and puppies, please ensure to list the name of the dog you wish to adopt. Please do NOT just list the reference number or the microchip number as this will delay your application reaching the correct foster carer.
You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au or www.petrescue.com.au
Charlie is in foster care in Wahroonga, NSW area. They are currently available for interstate adoption. The adoption fee is $800.00 and they are desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms and microchipped.
PLEASE NOTE: Dog Rescue Newcastle provides individual listings with specific requirements for each foster dog. If you submit an application or inquiry and DO NOT receive a response within 5 business days, please understand that you have not met the specific requirements for this dog. Please do not be disheartened or discouraged, this simply means you were not a suitable match at this time.
This organisation's adoption policy is moderate. What does this mean?
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire: https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
(2) If the questionnaire is approved we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've applied for.
(3) After that we will arrange for you to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home, nearby park or your home.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
