Adoption Requirements:

- Existing female guinea pigs preferred (can be adopted with her daughter)

- Children over 8 considered or experienced guinea pig family

- Indoor large hutch (see link below for details on size requirements)

Meet Suriel

Suriel is a champion mama who spent over a month in foster care, where she had 4 beautiful babies! Having 4 kids is a lot of work, and after a long month of mothering she is now ready for her forever home. Suriel may take a little while to warm up at first. She's not a big fan of getting picked up but is fine with being patted once she has settled in. Suriel is especially happy to get pats or sit on your lap if treats or veggies are involved! Suriel is obsessed with the particular brand of pellets we have been feeding her while in foster and usually sticks her head through the enclosure while more is being prepared in her bowl. So, she will definitely appreciate you picking up a bag of this from the RSPCA shop when you adopt her.

Guinea pigs usually prefer having company, and Suriel could be adopted with her daughter (Fleetfoot) or she may open to meeting a friendly female or desexed male guinea pig. As guinea pigs are naturally nervous animals, it is also important that Suriel has a patient human who will give her daily gentle and consistent handling and interaction to see her true, delightful personality.
