Hey there, my name is Scout and I'm a 6 month old, beautifully natured, female Maremma sheepdog.

I was born to be guard livestock dog and would be best suited to this job.

I am great with sheep, goats and chickens. I have also been introduced to the horses and I let my foster family know when there is any danger around.

I must go to a farm as livestock guardian.

I am confident but sweet, very independent but I love a good scratch behind the ears. I enjoy hanging out with my foster family and the dogs in my foster home.

Please note that I would not suit a home in suburbia as my natural guardian instincts are strong. I will need a job to do to fulfil my biological needs.

If you have a farm or hobby farm with a herd or flock that needs protection, I am your girl.
