Ned is extremely playful, confident and he loves nothing more than to be around his family and of course exploring to find any mischief he can get himself in. Ned is a very social boy, who would suit someone who is home often or perhaps has another friend for Ned to be with whilst no one is home. Ned has also got along with a small dog in foster care.
