About Marvin
Marvin is now ready to find his new family, could this be with you?
He is currently in care with both children and other dogs, we do of course we recommend supervision with new pets.
Marvin is a smart boy and with further training we know he will show you just how smart he really is. It will also help build a strong bond between you both.
Unlike his sister Marvin is a little more out there he’s a bit braver and will come upto people a lot quicker.
Like a typical working brained dog Marvin will need both mental and physical stimulation. He will also benefit from being taught to calm and relax.
If you’re able to offer Marvin what he needs and deserves then fill in an application and the successful applicant will get the opportunity to meet him.

* Please note, this is not a contract or agreement of any kind, only expression of interest in our dog. We will not conduct any meet and greets unless this form has been filled out and submitted for review. Only approved applicants will get to meet our dogs. *
Once approved you will be contacted by a team member and can organise a time best suited to meet with the carer and dog. If you have other dogs they must also be at the meeting, including any children in the immediate family.
Before applying please consider the following:
• real estate approval if renting
• any fencing repairs that may need to be done
• outside shelter
• breed knowledge
• do you have enough time for the breed of dog you are applying for?
If you and the dog get along, you have to option of taking the dog on the spot (at this time you will need to pay the full adoption price and sign the adoption agreement) You will then get a 2-week trial with the dog, during this time should things not work out you are to return the dog to Dusty Paws Dog Rescue. You will then receive a full refund; less $50 admin fee within 7 business days of the return of the dog.

Please also keep in mind that we are a volunteer run rescue which means we don’t have someone manning the phone 24/7, we all work full time jobs and get back to your calls and messages as soon as we can. We thank you for your time and patients with us.
