Medium Male Kelpie x Labrador Mix Dog
I've been adopted!
Meet the ever-so-sweet Bestie!!
Bestie has found himself at the shelter by no fault of his own.
His new household requirements are secondary-aged school children and older and to be the only dog in the home (mature secondary-aged kids preferred as he is really unsure about sudden movements and noise.) He is a little nervous to start with so please take it slowly when introducing him to new people and new environments.
Being part kelpie he will need a fair amount of exercise so a relatively active family would be ideal.
Despite wanting to be the only dog that lives at home, he may be okay with some new doggo friends in future. These introductions to potential new pup friends would not happen for a while and would need to be done in a slow, positive, and calm manner.
Bestie is an absolute stunner of a boy, so if you have the patience for a new family member who could be just what you've been looking for, come down to the shelter and say hello!
Bestie xx
