About Vinegar

Sleek black panther Vinegar adores human affection and a good chat more than anything else in the world! Well-mannered and easygoing, it doesn’t take her long to warm up to new people after a head scratch or two :)
She's very curious as well, spending good stretches of time at the window keeping an eye on the neighbourhood (and local birdlife). Seeking out sunny spots, flopping on the ground for pats, and following you around the house (especially close to mealtimes) are some of her other hobbies. As you can see, it doesn't take much to keep this pretty girl happy!
Like all Maggie's pets, Vinegar is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will be a calm, quiet, comforting environment with room to explore. I do thrive with lots of company, so a place where I'm not alone for extended periods would be purrfect!
You'll need to enjoy hearing all about my day, as conversation is my love language! And I really love it when you chat back :) When I reply, I have a different beep for each word. It’s one of my foster parents' favourite things about me!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm quite relaxed by nature, often to be found lounging about the house (any and every surface will do) - but I tend to get spurts of energy around midday and after dinner, when I'll put on a good wrestling match with my toys. It's very entertaining, and I don't even charge for tickets!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I haven't met any kids yet, but I have a feeling that as long as children are gentle and loving with me, I'll love them right back.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Unsure, but I'm open to the idea!

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
