About Parker - Located in Fawkner
Hey there, cool cats and curious humans! I'm Parker, the purr-fect feline companion you've been dreaming of. Life's a playground, and I'm here to show you how to have a whisker-twitching good time!
First things first, I'm Parker, the name that echoes through the halls of feline fame. I've got a PhD in playfulness and a master's in mischief. You can catch me in action, zooming around like a tornado of fur, chasing after anything that moves. Toys? Yeah, I've got a whole collection, and I'm not afraid to flaunt it.
When it's not playtime, you'll find me posted up on the couch, a purring ball of fluff just waiting for some quality cuddle time. I'm the ultimate TV-watching buddy, always up for binge-watching your favorite shows or critiquing the latest documentaries. Oh, and studying or working? Count me in! I'm the purr-fect study buddy, offering moral support and the occasional headbutt for good luck.
But here's the real scoop: I'm not a lone ranger. Nope, I'm a social butterfly, and I'd love to have a fellow feline friend to share the adventures with. Two heads are better than one, right? Especially when it comes to plotting the next great escape from the mysterious red dot.
So, if you're looking for a sidekick who's equal parts play and purr, a whiskered wonder ready to spice up your life, look no further. I'm Parker, and I'm here to turn your world into a playground of endless joy!

WORLDWIDE CAT VACCINE SHORTAGE
There is currently a worldwide shortage of cat vaccines and supplies are unlikely to be replenished until early 2024. This is due to complicated supply problems post-COVID. Our vets have limited, and in some cases no supplies available, but are prioritising kittens and previously unvaccinated Cats wherever possible.
Kittens are at the highest risk as their level of protection is very low after the initial protection provided by the mother’s antibodies. While protection will wane a little over time, a delay up to three months is unlikely to result in a significant reduction in levels of protection. It is anticipated that clinics should have regular supplies early in the new year to bring your cat back up to date.
First Vaccination completed
We will try to provide at least 1 vaccination, depending on our supplies of vaccines available, however boosters may become overdue. In this case it is your responsibility to contact your vet as soon as supplies become available. We will not be re-imbursing any of this costs.
We require all cats and kittens to be indoors only and not allowed outside. This is especially important now as there is a risk of coming into contact with unknown cats who may not be vaccinated.
No Vaccination completed
Where we are unable to provide any vaccination during their time in care with us, please contact us on 0459779888 or via email to samantha@neko.org.au, and we will arrange for one vaccination to be done at one of our partnering clinics as soon as supplies are available. Boosters after this will be your responsibility.
Please note that should you choose to utilise your own clinic, we will not be re-imbursing any costs. This is your responsibility.
