Saddle is a sweet, sensitive young lady. She can be a little worried when initially introduced to new people but warms up quickly seeking out gentle attention. She may be suited to living in a family with calm older children. Saddle has come from a property with multiple other dogs and has likely missed out on some early socialization, as a result she can be worried in new environments. She would benefit from having a crate/den area in the home to provide her with a safe space to retreat to if feeling overwhelmed. Saddle's new owner will need to work on lead training, best done in a quiet area (backyard/house) before slowly venturing out to quiet areas of the neighbourhood. Dog parks or off lead areas will be too overwhelming for her.
Saddle can be a little picky with food, so her owner will need to try some yummy softer foods and learn what she enjoys most!
Saddle could share her home with a social doggy friend of similar size.
She would like to meet the whole family at time of adoption.
