Introducing the magical, the mysterious, the ever-so-handsome Padfoot!

Just like his Harry Potter namesake, Padfoot is a brave boy who won't stop until he finds what he needs - a forever family! - and we hope with his dashingly good looks and stellar personality that it won't take long!

Padfoot is a sweet shepherd who loves the company of humans once he gets to know them and would love nothing more than a comfy couch to snooze his days away on. He is a big fan of treats - especially when they're soft and smelly - so if you have some soft jerky or roast chicken for him, he is bound to warm up in no time!

He is also a fan of toys and likes to chase after them from time to time - fluffy toys and rope being the favourites - so if you're a family ready for lots of doggy play and bonding time, Padfoot may be PAW-fect for you!

As Padfoot is a big boy who still needs a bit of help with his confidence on lead, he is looking for a family of Secondary School-Aged Children and above or Adults Only who can all contribute to his training and teach him new skills! He is also very nervous about being handled by vets at this stage - who can blame him, it can be scary at times! - so his new family will need to be committed to helping him feel more comfortable in this environment. Our friendly team can give you plenty of tips and tricks on how to go about this at home.

Padfoot has told us he might not mind going home with a like-minded canine companion if they're the right match, so if you have a resident dog - please bring them along to the meet and greet!
