About Billie
Hey, party people! I'm Billie, the 8-year-old staffy with enough charm to make you forget about your Monday blues. I'm a medium-sized (16kg) dynamo, ready to bring a tidal wave of joy into your life.
I'm like the socialite of the doggy world – once I meet other pups, we're practically planning our next playdate. My hobbies? Oh, just the usual – going for a run, taking a dip, chasing sticks (I'm basically the Michael Phelps of the dog park), and acing the fetch game. Off-lead? Pssh, I practically wrote the handbook on it.
Now, let's address the elephant in the room – or should I say, the heartworm. Yep, I'm currently undergoing treatment with Gladstone PAWS. It's been a pricey process, but fear not, I'm on the road to becoming the healthiest sidekick you could ask for. My last injection is at the end of January – think of it as my grand finale – and then it's just a monthly tablet and a final heartworm test to give me the all-clear by the end of 2024. Superhero status, unlocked!
Now, here's the deal. I'm looking for my forever home, and it's either got to be in the Gladstone area or after Australia Day, once I've had my last injection. I mean, why rush perfection, right?
So, if you're ready to add a dose of Billie brilliance to your life, mark your calendar, set a reminder, do whatever you need to do (but don't forget to call the adoption team) – because I'm coming to steal your heart, one wag at a time! 🐾✨-
