Louie

He is great with kids, cats and dogs. He loves the attention from the kids and is very gentle with our cats. He even prefers the company of cats and they sense he is gentle. Louie walks well on the lead, trots along nicely and doesnt pull. My daughters walk him with no problems and they can do everything with him. He travels well in the car too. Louie loves cuddles and will happily sit with you or be carried around. Louie has a wiry coat which will require grooming and the occasional trim. He enjoyed his bath and even sat down while he was being shampooed. Louie is a great young dog, a little shy at first but he quickly warms to people. More on louie. . . . Louie has had introductions to our other dogs today. . . So far so good. He is very playful and runs superfast around the backyard. Louie also loves water. . . Climbed into the water bucket for a cool down after his run. We took louie to a street festival locally and he was extremely well behaved in the crowds. He received many pats, met many people, kids and other dogs. He remained friendly and calm throughout the entire adventure. We are proud of this little guy!he deserves a great home!

when louie first came into care he did climb a wire fence and dig under another to get out of our backyard, however he did not wander away and came to the front door to see us. He may be best suited to being an inside dog as he is happiest when he is with people. We have had louie in the backyard with our other dogs and he is settling in nicely. He loves cuddles and pats, and is a very happy boy!
