Hello! My name is Champy and I’m a cheeky, block-headed goofball.

My favourite things in life are: squeaky toys, food and treats, cuddles, walkies, and playing with my doggo and human foster friends. I’m a very social and playful boy who gets along with everybody. I wouldn’t mind being the only pooch in your home, as long as a human is home most of the day. I do really love doggy friends though, so if I could join your pack I’d be soo happy! I would be best suited to a dog friend who is open to kisses, frolicking around the yard, and who can keep up with my playfulness. I’m just a baby!

In saying that, I do know when enough is enough and can quite comfortably relax on the couch or in bed all night. I love to scooch next to my human and snooze the night away, as long as they give me a good walk every day. Walkies are very important to me, as I can let out some energy and give my surroundings a good sniff. A 30-minute walk each day would do me just fine, but I wouldn’t say no to more! I’m not too pully on a leash, but I do think some extra leash training would be good for me. Similarly, I know how to sit but you might need to train me a bit more so I can listen to other commands properly.

I don’t have an aggressive bone in my cute little body. If anything, I’m the clown of the pack who just wants to make everybody happy and burst out into laughter from my antics. When I want to have playtime with my other doggo’s, I’ll lick their chops and inside their mouths while barking playfully at them. Speaking of chops, I got the cutest chops in the whole world. I dare you to touch my hanging choppies and not immediately fall in love with me. If my chops don’t get you, then my long curly whiskers and soft ears will!

I’m fully toilet-trained and used to 24/7 indoor-outdoor access, so please don’t leave me outside - that would make me quite sad. I want to be part of your home, and part of your family. Every family needs a Champy, let me be yours!
