About Abby
Meet Abby, Abby a sweet, energetic young girl looking for a place to call her forever home. Abby hasn't had the best start to life, she really needs a patient home where she can be given time to feel safe and learn all about the world. Abby will need a special owner to help her to become the best dog she can be.
Abby needs an experienced owner, she hasn't had any training at all, so you will need to start from the beginning. Abby has very strong breed traits and as a true scent hound, she loooves to follow her nose! Noseworks and plenty of enrichment activities would be a great way of keeping her mind busy! She is a very active girl, so she will need a family to take her out on big walks every day!
Abby may be best suited to a home with older children who are respectful of her space and comfortable with her energy! She loves being with people and would like to be invited indoors as a part of the family. It may take our lovely Abby a little while to settle in, but once comfortable she will be sure to flourish!

Walk-ins are welcome at our Burwood East and Peninsula locations:
Burwood: Opening hours: 10am – 4pm
Peninsula: Opening hours: 10am – 4pm
For our Warrnambool and Wangaratta locations, please call the RSPCA shelters to book an appointment to meet our available animals:
