About Lucy / Theo
Lucy
Lucy is a happy, chilled cat who is savvy to her home surroundings. She knows when to be low profile – when the toddler is on the warpath – and when to come out for attention.
Lucy is one of a group of lovely cats that came into Forever Friends, after being found by tradies sent to clear out an abandoned rental house. Told by council, to be locked out on the street, her & 12 others found refuge with a rescue group just in time.
Lucy likes to be part of the family, enjoys pats and is happy to be picked up for a cuddle. She’s not fussed by strangers giving her love and telling her how gorgeous and soft she is.
She is always around, looking out the windows, playing with the kids toys…and when sleeping she is generally entwined with her foster brother, Theo. They are very bonded, and rarely apart during snooze time, or play time. She is savvy around the young kids, and great with the resident cat. She started with a touch & go relationship with the resident dog but is now more accepting of the fact dogs are around.
Theo
Theo is a petite kitty.. with a well fed belly! He is playful and has a little ball that he rolls around with, along with any other fun toy he can find.

Theo is not a lap cat, but he’s always around the family. He likes to be in the same room, and closely hanging around. He will lay on the floor in the middle of the room of activity, but is still skittish when it comes to contact. He tolerates limited pats and reluctantly gets picked up but is open to pats at the right time like dinner time! He will hopefully get more confident with time and love. He is cat and dog friendly, and is very bonded with his foster sibling, Lucy. When foster kittens were introduced to the house, his youthful playfulness came out even more and he desperately wanted to be part of their fun games.
