Hello everyone, my name is Macey, and I am on the hunt for a warm and cuddly place to call home. Can you help?

I may be small in size, but I have a big heart. My personality is soft and sweet, and a little bit shy. But once I get to know you, I come when called and enjoy cuddles and some playtime. When you’ve been away for a while, I let you know how glad I am to have you back with lots of meows! Then I love lots of pats! I have a beautiful soft coat and I am quite fond of a good brush. In the evenings, after dinner, I like to join you on the couch when it’s time for rest and relaxation.

In my foster home, I have been living with another adult cat who is a bit much for me. He just wants to play all the time and although I tolerate him, I think I’d prefer a home as a solo cat, or else with an older cat who is calm and relaxed. I’ve never met a dog, but my foster family thinks a dog would be a bit frightening for me, unless the dog was very calm and gentle. I’ve been in foster care with two kids (11 & 14 yo), and we get along pretty well, younger kids might be a bit much for me though.

My new family will need to understand that it might take me a few weeks to adjust and feel safe in my new home but once I’m settled in, I will be a very loving and affectionate companion.
