About Whiskey
This handsome youngster is WHISKEY, a petite Koolie pup born in December 2022. He weighs about 13 kgs, so is a just wee lad.
Timid by nature but very, very sweet-tempered, Whiskey is a typical Koolie - active, intelligent, eager to please and fun-loving once he gets to know you.
He has a gentle demeanour and responds with affection to everyone who spends a little time getting to know him.
Whiskey absolutely loves all humans. He will thrive in an active home with people who understand the needs of working breeds and are willing to help Whiskey adjust to his new home and reach his full potential.
He is very dog-friendly and currently lives with two senior Kelpies. Being such a sweetheart, he'd be fine with children - he doesn't jump up - and probably with cats, too, if introduced carefully.
Preference will be given to homes where someone is around most of the time and/or there is another compatible dog for Whiskey to play with. He has never lived without another dog.
As always, secure fencing is essential, and Whiskey is accustomed to sleeping inside the house with full access to the outside during the day.
If you are interested in meeting this lovely pup and can offer him a suitable, safe and loving forever home, PLEASE COMPLETE THE ONLINE ADOPTION APPLICATION at https://southerndownsark.com.au/apply-to-adopt/ and one of our volunteers will be in touch.
Whiskey is desexed, vaccinated and microchipped.
