Bobbie B - 4 Month Old Catahoula (Trial)

Hi, my name is Bobbie Brindle, but you can call me Bobbie B!

I am a 4 month old, female pup who is a mix of Catahoula and Ridgeback breeds. I am very active and alert, and I love to show affection to my humans. My favourite activities include walking down to the beach, swimming, and fishing with my fur foster sister. While I am a bit shy at first, I warm up quickly, and I will snuggle up in your lap when I am home. I am very loyal to my humans and will always stay close to your side.

I am house-trained and toilet-trained, but I still struggle with going out to the toilet when it's raining. My foster mum is helping me overcome this fear. I know how to use a dog door, so I can go out and come in as I please. I am a fast learner and can sit and paw for food.

Although my foster mum was told that I am a Catahoula cross Ridgeback, I look different from my siblings. I am smaller and look more like a Staffy cross.

My ideal forever home would be with an active family that has much time to take me for long walks and training, as I'm still a puppy and require ongoing training.

Bobbie B is a very healthy little puppy who has been raised in a home environment. She has been very well socialised with other puppies and adult dogs (small and large) and gets along well with them all. She has started meeting new people and is friendly and affectionate with them.

Bobbie B will grow up to be a medium to large dog. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training.

It would be a big plus if you have a friendly adult dog as a teacher, companion and playmate for Bobbie B. If you don't have another dog to keep her company, then there needs to be someone in the household that doesn't work full time.

Bobbie B needs to be welcome inside when people are home, and to sleep inside at least until fully grown. She will be wonderful family dog and is suitable for children 5 years and older. You need good fencing with no small gaps. She can't go to rural fencing (eg: mesh or wire).

Bobbie B's adoption fee is $700 which includes her desexing when she is old enough. It also includes her first two vaccinations. She has been treated for fleas and worms, and is microchipped.

Bobbie B is in foster care in Lemon Tree Passage, NSW. Since she is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. She'll need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing when she's 5 to 6 months old.
