About Forrest
Forrest's foster carers have said a few lovely words about him!
This smooch spent 11 days with us in foster care. He spent the first couple of days scared and hiding, at the same time we could see that he was DESPERATE to be loved (hence the name!), but was way too timid to let us close.
Left to get used to us in his own time, he quickly started to trust us and has shown his personality - playful, adventurous, smoochy, and still timid at times.
Sudden moves startle him, and he isn't keen on hands approaching him (particularly his head, he seems to be a little better if you show him your open palm and let him come to you, touching his body first).
He is perfect with his litter training, loves attacking his cactus scratching post (he is very enthusiastic about this!), and his favourite game is playing with you and a long ribbon.
He likes snuggling up to you overnight in bed (sometimes under the covers) and sleeps peacefully through the night without disturbing you. He likes to explore, but due to his timid nature we suggest that he may be safest as an indoor only cat.
