Terrific Twyla!
- Affectionate, playful Twyla will grab you by the heartstrings. An adorable one year old, she still has a lot of kittenish behaviour in her and also loves cuddles and snuggling.
- A very interactive, fun cat who likes to be with people at all times, Twyla would be ideal in a family home.
- Twyla is very sociable and chatty and loves hanging out with her carer and the carer's small dog. She'd love the company of children old enough to play gently and respect boundaries. She would likely get on very well with another cat but would be happy with any sort of company and somebody to play with her.
- Twyla is energetic and curious! She loves her high cat tower and would enjoy high ledges and things for her to jump up on.
- Twyla's carer suggests that her diet be watched carefully because she has potential to get a little bit chunky.
- She will need to be an inside cat as she has a strong prey drive. She loves to sit in the window and chitter away at the birds, even sometimes trying to pounce at them through the glass.
- She's been introduced to wearing a cat harness and lead and has been getting accustomed to both.

Our adoption process includes a two week trial period to ensure you and your adopted pet are the right fit.
The adoption fee of $275.00 includes desexing, microchip (including transfer of ownership), vaccination, flea and worm treatment and vet check.
SAFE Busselton reserves the right to select adoptive homes based on ""best fit"" for the pet. Although all applications will be considered, being the first application will not necessarily provide an advantage as the adoption committee considers many factors when matching animals to their new home.
SAFE Busselton requests that all persons adopting a cat adhere to responsible containment practices. As per the current Cat Laws in WA we encourage people to keep their rescued cat as a permanent indoor cat or with access to a safe cat run. It is no longer desirable to allow your cat to wander onto adjoining properties. Confident cats can also be trained to walk on a harness and lead. We ask that owners be responsible and keep their adopted cat safe at all times so that you will have a long and loving life together. Information on cat enclosures can be found here: https://safe.org.au/catios
