My name is Sebastian, and I'm the ginger giant cannonball you've been waiting for!

Nature
My Foster Mum showers me with attention and love. I have become such a loveable love bug boofhead that loves head scritches, pats and being called a "darling boy". But while the attention and love is good, I can still be a big scaredy cat at times. I run out of the room very quickly when I am scared or unsure, and hide until the coast is clear.

I have a very introverted purr-sonality with a touch of goofiness. My foster family have seen me do strange things, like pawing at my water bowl. I think it's a normal way to drink.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I have lived with cats all my life, and I adore them. I would really like to go somewhere I can have a feline companion who is super confident and friendly, so I can continue learning ‘how to cat’.

I haven't been around dogs, but given my shy nature, it would be best if my home didn't have any.

I have been around little kids, but they scare me with how noisy they can be. Older children or even teenagers would be okay if they respect my boundaries, as I may not be cuddly like some other cats, we should be cool.

Likes / Dislikes
I LOVE SNACKS! I sit in the kitchen, talking to my Foster Mum and telling her it's "prawn time". I come alive when I have my treat, as a thank you, I let her grace me with a pat or 10. I am a gentleman and let everyone else eat first, but I love my food. I'm not fussed on wet food, but leave out bikkies and graze throughout the day on them.

I love to sleep, you can catch me in my cat tower, all cosy, under the bed, or in the lounge room watching everyone. I think I'm basically Garfield!

I do enjoy watching the outside world from the windowsill. I also like to play on my own. My Foster Mum sees me running around with a small soft ball, and I occasionally partake in the group play times, but I usually sit back and watch.

I don't like loud noises and being over-patted as it overstimulates me, but I am really learning that humans are OK and I am starting to really love pats, so it is something that I am getting better with. Sometimes I can get a little jealous when my pats get interrupted by another cat and i have to share the attention.

My PURR-fect home would be somewhere that understands I have some oddities and quirks and will help me become the cat I know I can be. I would love a home with endless treats and endless love from my family. A friendly feline companion to help me become super confident would be awesome!

*Sebastian’s adoption fee includes vet check, sterilisation, vaccination, microchip, flea and worm treatment.

Medical Notes: Sebastian has previously had surgery on his left knee due to his patella luxating (sliding out of place). The knee is now stable, and he has made a full recovery. He may be prone to arthritis later in life. Due to this, Sebastian will need to be a strictly indoor cat, but may enjoy access to a fully enclosed cat run.
