Meet Scout

He's a gorgeous little pup that's very curious about everything! Scout is learning all there is to know about the world, so far he loves dogs, and cats and is slowly building his confidence by getting exposed to different things. Not much is known about his past and why he ended up in a pound but he's a lovely little man that will make a loyal companion. Scout can be reserved at times he can be a little wary of new people but once he knows you he LOVES you!!!

We believe he is a mix of kelpie x border collie and he's proving to be extremely intelligent. He picks up training very fast and already knows basic commands. Scout is almost perfectly toilet-trained in such a short amount of time too! Keep in mind this can need reinforcement when moving to a new environment but it won't take long for him to master again. His current foster carer is working on his recall as well, again he's picking this up very fast. Some super adorable traits of Scout, when he's scared he runs to you and berries his head into you for comfort. He loves a bath and is a fan of water. He also loves cuddles and is so far doing well in car trips.

Scout sleeps well overnight in a dog bed or crate with no issues. He is a great pup who will mature into an amazing dog with continued training. Scout is under 10kg at 6 months of age so we anticipate he will be on the smaller side of a medium dog. If you're interested in this spectacular boy please contact us for an adoption application.
