Smudge is a gentle spirit who is a bit shy around unfamiliar people, but with a little patience and understanding, he'll become your cuddle bug in no time. He's super intelligent and loves to play fetch with his favourite ball. He has a cheeky side and a playful personality that will keep you entertained.
Smudge's ideal day is a mix of outdoor playtime with his ball, indoor cuddles with his humans, and peaceful naps. He's a true athlete and can jump impressively high to catch his beloved ball in the air—a sight that will surely make you smile.
To make Smudge's life a tail-wagging adventure, he's seeking a home without other resident dogs or cats. An experienced owner who can recognise and manage his discomfort around other dogs or new people is essential. Smudge thrives in a calm environment and would do best in a home with adults only.

As part of the adoption fee, there's a handover visit with a trainer. The cost of this session is included in my adoption fee.

Adoption details
When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s owner - the person who knows them best!
It’s a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
From here, the owner will be in touch with you to chat a bit more about their pet, and if they feel your home is the best fit, they will arrange a ‘meet and greet’ for you all to get to know each other.
Should this prove successful, arrangements will be made for the pet to move straight from its current home into yours upon payment of the adoption fee.
The adoption fee is paid directly to PetRescue (via a secure payment link), and assists us to continue to run and develop programs to assist pet owners, just like Home2Home.
Change of Ownership paperwork will be completed, vetwork history will be provided and your new family member will be snuggled on your couch in no time!
