About Alice
Alice’s requirements in her new home
- A yard big enough for happy zoomies with secure fencing
- A playful male desexed dog (not a puppy or senior)
- People that are dedicated to continue her training and patient and understanding of pups
- An inside outside lifestyle and to be able to sleep inside of a night
- Alice is a water baby and would love the chance to go swimming.
Alice's foster carers have recently informed us that her training is going so well that her profile can be updated to reflect this.
Alice is a cuddle Bug.
Alice loves everyone she meets, and likes to be around her human as much as possible. She can be pretty active, but then likes to chill on the couch, especially when there’s belly scratches involved. Alice loves playing ball and is starting to learn to bring it back for more. To activate bum wiggles and zoomies just give her a pig’s ear for a treat, after the excitement wears off, she will lay down and enjoy it.
Alice is a confident pup and has been around a lot of people, she has gone to work with her foster mum, and moves from one person to the next to receive as many scratches as she can. Alice is a water baby check our her jumping into the water in the video section.
When people aren’t available for pats or cuddles, Alice loves playing zoomies and wrestle play with other dogs.
Alice is now travelling very well in the car, she enjoys having her head out of the window before lying down to sleep on longer trips.
Alice is walking great on the lead and has been using a longline to practise recall. Her recall is amazing and she never goes too far, always checking in on where her human is. She is food motivated which makes training her easy, she can get a little over excited so patience is the key.
When Alice is inside, she will let us know when she needs to toilet by pawing at us for attention and running to the door, she’s not had an accident inside for weeks now.
Alice is accustomed to sleeping inside of a night either cuddled with her people or beside the other dogs. She will let us know when she needs the toilet now by pawing us for attention and running to the door, she’s not had an accident inside for weeks now. She’s learnt to sit, lie down and stay until called, and we’re working on paw which is taking some time

Adoption details
Please note- we do not work on a first in best dressed basis, we assess all applications to choose the home that we believe will best match the animal.
If you believe one of our animals would be a good match for your home please send us a detailed email us with some information about the people and any other animals in your home as well as the type of lifestyle you can offer a new rescue pet. We are volunteerswho run the rescue around families, paid employment and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require any other dogs in your home meeting our foster animal before they head home with you. This enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care, this is a condition of our Adoptions.
