THE 2023 STATE OF PET ADOPTION SURVEY COMPETITION.
The 2023 State of Pet Adoption Survey Participants are invited to enter the draw for a chance to win a prize.
The Winner will have the opportunity to select one (1) of the prize options below based on their organisation's needs/policies.

1x ticket to The Big Hairy People and Pets Summit & Workshops.
🐱 Prize Option 2:
Pet food and supplies valued at $500 to support pets in your care.
🐰 Prize Option 3:
$500 cash donation via electronic transfer to invest in your organisation's areas of need.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Promoter of the 2023 State of Pet Adoption Survey (“the Survey”) is PetRescue Ltd of registered office address: 84A Beaufort St, Perth WA, 6000, Australia - ABN: 35123057536 (“the Promoter”).
2. Employees of the Promoter, their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition relating to the Survey (“the competition”) or the Promoter are not eligible to enter the competition.
3. Everyone entering the competition (“Entrant”) must ensure they enter under their own name, enter the Competition once only and complete the Survey. Entrants must then submit their name, email address and phone number after completion of the Survey in order to have an eligible entry.
4. The Competition closing date for Entrants is 11:59 PM (AEDT) on 30 July 2023 (the Competition Closing Date”), and no entries are permitted after this period.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not properly received for any reason whatsoever, howsoever arising.
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for inaccurate prize details supplied to any Entrant connected with this competition.
7. Prizes are not transferable and are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with any other prize at their sole discretion and without giving notice.
8. The Winner will be drawn from the Entrants pool at random after the Competition Closing Date, and the Promoter will contact them with details of how the prize can be collected.
9. The winner will be notified by email within seven days of the Competition Closing Date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within seven days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from that winner and pick a replacement winner at their sole discretion.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these terms and conditions without notice and in its sole discretion in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Entrants will be notified by the Promoter of any relevant changes to the Competition as soon as practicable.
11. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters arising from the Competition is final, at its sole discretion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. By entering the Competition, all Entrants automatically indicate their acceptance of and agreement to these terms and conditions.
13. The Competition and these terms and conditions are governed by Australian law, and any disputes arising therefrom are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian court system.
14. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Networking platform.
15. If Prize Option 3 is selected, the Winner must notify the Promoter of their nominated bank details or electronic payment method within seven (7) days of being notified. If the winner does not advise the Promotor of their nominated bank details or electronic payment method within seven (7) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from that winner and pick a replacement winner at their sole discretion. The Winner must provide a receipt to the Promoter upon receiving the electronic transfer.
