Shiny new website upgrades

After a soft launch, some humane bug squashing, and a few adjustments based on member feedback, we are all systems go with the new Matchmakers messaging system!

Here’s what’s been updated since the initial soft launch:

• Phone numbers and email addresses are now visible on all messages

• Group Admins can now see ALL conversations within the group

Working in a similar way to Facebook messages, this message functionality lays the foundations for a raft of time-saving tech features that are coming soon, including:

• Bulk message sending capacity. Did 200 people apply for one poodle, goldendoodle or a schnoodle? No problem! You’ll soon be able to update the unsuccessful applicants in one swift click.

• Customisable templates for firing off quick replies (we think you’ll especially like the nicely worded ‘no’ response).

• An app with push notifications

• And more!
