1. The Promoter
The promoter is PetRescue Ltd (ABN:35 123 057 536)
2. Prize Period
The Prize period commences on June 1, 2026, and concludes on November 30, 2026 (“Competition Period”).

A winner will be drawn monthly (6 draws total).

No Roll-over: Entries are valid only for the calendar month in which they are submitted. Entries do not roll over into subsequent monthly draws.
3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Participants may be new or existing Pet Circle customers.

Winners must have or create a Pet Circle account to have the credits applied.

Winners agree to provide photos of the items purchased for their pet
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the Happy Tail form during the Competition Period. Entries are weighted as follows:

Part 1: ‘one in a million’ = One (1) entry.

Part 2: Share more of your adoption story (including optional photo/video) = One (1) extra entry.
5. The Prize
Each month, one (1) winner will be drawn to receive:

$500 Pet Circle credit for the winner’s personal account.

$500 Pet Circle credit donated to a rescue organisation of the winner's choice.
Credit Expiry: All Pet Circle credits issued as prizes (both to the winner and the rescue) will expire 6 months from the date of issue. Credits are Non-transferable to other accounts
6. Rescue Organisation Nomination
The winner must nominate a rescue organisation to receive the $500 donation credit.

The organisation must be a member of PetRescue at the time of the draw.

Eligible organisations can be found via the PetRescue Directory.

The credit will be applied directly to the nominated organisation's Pet Circle account.

If a member organisation can not accept the credit, the winner will be able to select an alternative PetRescue member organisation who is eligible
7. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected via random draw within 7 business days of the end of each month.

Notification: Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the draw.

If a winner fails to respond or provide account details within 14 days, a redraw may occur.
8. Content Usage
By submitting a Happy Tail form, entrants grant PetRescue and Pet Circle a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the "One in a Million" descriptions, adoption stories, and any uploaded media for promotional purposes across digital and social channels.
9. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
