Donate button update

We are so excited to see donation buttons popping up all over the site, as more and more PetRescue members get their applications finalised and approved.

And we are even more excited to hear that the donations have already started rolling in, helping PetRescue members fund vital desexing and vet care costs.

We are also gearing up for a fundraising campaign to drive donations to rescue groups in February. We can’t give too much away just yet, but we think you’ll love it! 💘

In the meantime, we will be trialling social media posts that incorporate a fundraising ask, calling on our 150,000+ social media followers to donate towards a particular pet via the donation button on that pet’s PetRescue profile.

If you’d like one of your available pets considered for a dedicated social feature with a fundraising ask, please email the details (pet’s name, PetRescue ID, and a little about the pet’s background) to members@petrescue.org.au.
