About
Animal Welfare League NSW (AWL NSW) is a registered charity that has been operating for over 60 years. We provide expert care to surrendered, neglected and abandoned companion animals across New South Wales.
We believe that all companion animals in NSW deserve a safe and loving home. We strive to accomplish this through our work in rehoming, education and discount desexing programs.
Armidale is a volunteer branch of Animal Welfare League NSW. We rescue pets and provide assistance to the Armidale, Guyra and Uralla areas.
All pets are rehomed desexed, vaccinated, vet checked, microchipped and ready for their new home.
We are a not for profit organisation and rely on the support of the community. We offer subsidised desexing for cats and dogs to pensioners and low income earners in the Armidale area. If you require assistance with desexing please contact 0491 180 328.
