Aldo -Adoption Pending

Aldo (adoption pending) came to rescue under special circumstances. He somehow ended up in a pound, and after waiting there for over a week he finally had someone wish to adopt him. This person intended to make a meal out of aldo, and although it is legal, the pound staff quickly contacted our rescue so we could take him instead. He was described by pound staff as having too wonderful a nature to end up on someone's dinner plate. Our rescue friend and volunteer, amy, stepped in and saved aldo with very short notice. She looked after him and brought him a long way into rescue, so we would like to specially thank her for saving his life. Aldo has been in foster care for a while now. His family adore him, and he is such a friendly bunny following them around the garden and helping out with the vegie patch. Surely there is someone out there that will look past his "ordinary pink eyes" and see a loving bunny who truely deserves a forever home.
