Mulga is a lovely example of australian cattle dog. He has all the loyal and intelligent nature typical of the breed, but allied with a very sweet temperament. He is a little shy with strangers but with a gentle approach is soon snuggling into your lap. He is kind with other dogs and happy to be with cats. He has some basic training already and can walk to heel and sit. He has good recall off lead and tends to spend his walks trotting at your heels. He will be protective of your property and typical of cattle dogs is happy to bark and warn you of anyone approaching. If you're a fan of heelers you'll appreciate mulga's engaging personality, handsome looks and gentle approach to life. As with all the working breeds, he will need commitment to exercise and training and as the "velcro" breed he will need to be part of family, inside and outside the house. ***please read the next section about applying to adopt***
if you'd like to meet mulga please complete our dog adoption questionnaire, which you can access from our website at http://www. Headingforhome. Asn. Au
