About Max & Ally
Max & Ally are 7 year old Malamutes who are looking for a forever home where they can stay together.
These two besties enjoy chilling out together, whether they are with their family or on their own, inside or outside. They do love a good howl when they hear sirens, so would be best with a family who is around more often than not and can have them inside at night.
Experience with the breed is essential, as well as being committed to continued training and being physically capable of handling this large, strong and boisterous duo. Whilst they are very laidback at home, when out and about they aren't that keen on being around other dogs, so can get a little out of sorts, so a confident, experienced handler with good lead control is essential.
Cats and other animals will certainly attract their interest for all the wrong reasons, so they will need a home with no other pets. While they love kids, their size and exuberance means they are only suitable for a home where children are older and experienced around large dogs, preferably in their teens or older.
They will require a reasonable sized yard where a bit of digging is allowed, with shelter from the weather and dig-proof fencing that is at least 6 foot high.
This big goofy pair haven't had a stable home for some time through no fault of their own, and we would love to find them their forever family, so please apply if you meet their requirements.
**Adoption Fee Reduced NOW $350.00 for the Pair**
