About Thomas
Thomas was surrendered at no fault of his own due to his owner having increasing mental health issues. He was not very social due to living in a sun room on his own since he was born. After hiding in the kitchen cupboard for quite a while (next to his dry food) he has now blossomed into a social busy body and is quite the lapcat. He now spends his days hanging with other cats and dogs and laying on top of his foster carer or sitting with them on the couch. He now is very confident, greets guests and runs up when they come home. He may be a bit shy at first in a new environment as are all cats but would be suitable to most situations now whether it would be a single, a couple or a family. He absolutely loves his dry food and has turned into the perfect cat !
Adoption details
Our adoption process is flexible to moderate. We want to ensure kitty is safe and in a loving home whilst being welcoming and reasonable to all applicants. All adoptions are strictly indoors only, unless a secured enclosure is accessible.
Only submit an enquiry if you are readily available for a meet and greet or ready to adopt.
Ensure all members of your household and your leasing agreements allows pets prior to adopting.
Adoptions are subject to a 14 day trial. If returned during the trial 50% of the adoption fee is refunded.
We ask applicants to put necessary information such as household, lifestyle, existing pets and where the pets will be kept. We will arrange a meet and greet for you and kitty followed by a house inspection.
On a successful meet and greet, an adoption contract is filled out with the relevant information.
At the end of a successful trial a transfer of ownership is provided.
All the best in your search! 😊
