Hello my name is Trigger. I'm currently undergoing heartworm treatment but that’s about to come to an end soon and that means I can go back to exercising.
I'm a very social boy who enjoys female doggy company the most but I'm happy to interact with male dogs as long as I have my own space to chill out in afterwards (like my crate).
I've recently been an only dog and have loved that very much too as I have been allowed to sleep inside. This experience has been good for me as it has allowed me to show off my very loving and docile nature.
I enjoy the company of kids, but I do need to be monitored for a bit as I tend to get carried away in my excitement and jump up a little. I promise I'm working on this.
Unfortunately I am not cat friendly, those evil little creatures just tease me too much that I have to chase them. Because of this chase drive I would not be suitable around other small animals or dogs.
I love going for short walks, which is all i can manage right now. I can walk quite well with a head halti on and know my basic commands. My favourite game is a bit of tug a war, I do like to play with both humans and other dogs at this game.
I am quite happy to chill most days. I absolutely love a soft doggy bed. When I'm outside I'm usually asleep on my bed. When I'm allowed inside sometimes I get confused and think the couch is my bed 😉
I am quite an awesome dog and would make the perfect addition to any family.
Trigger is $250 to adopt and comes desexed, vet-checked, microchipped, C5 vaccinated, and given worm/tick/flea preventatives.
