About Harry and Lucy
Harry and Lucy came into our care after their lovely Mum died, after a long battle with cancer. She was a much-loved member of a local Animal Rescue group, and had adopted Harry and Lucy separately when they were young dogs. Her wish was that the two be adopted together.
So, let me tell you about them…..
HARRY is a Maltese mix and is a quiet, gentle soul. He was found at about 18 months old in a hoarding situation. He came into foster care, and was adopted and loved until Mum died.
He is an absolute delight and just goes with the flow of life.
LUCY is a fun loving, busy little bee. A complete Princess. She is a Shih-Tzu mix, who was found as a two year old, running along the Highway, covered in ticks and fleas.
Once the two were adopted they have lived together ever since and get on famously.
They are wonderful car travelers and love their daily walks on leash.
They eat and sleep well.
Harry and Lucy do like being around their humans, and take themselves in and out of the house as the fancy takes them.
PLEASE NOTE: our location is Moree, northern NSW. If you are the successful adopter, you will need to drive to collect them.
Please tell us what you can offer these two beauties, as well as answering the following questions…
1) Are you able and willing to drive to Moree to collect Harry and Lucy?
2) Are all your household members happy and ready to adopt Harry and Lucy?
3) Do you have Landlords permission if needed, for two small dogs?
4) How long would they be alone during the day, if at all?
