About Indy
Indy is looking for a home:
-A suitable sized and aged canine companion
-Home with older children
-With active family that will make her a huge part of their everyday lives
-A home that will allow her inside
-Family with lots of love to give
-Without cats, chooks or pocket pets
-6ft+ secure, dig proof fencing
Today we want you to meet Indy, a true husky’s husky. Why do we say that? Well, we reckon that her photo should be on the Wikipedia page for husky, because everything about her is, well, so very marvellously typical!
Indy is a darling 2.5 year old apricot girl who is looking for her furever home through no fault of her own. Her husky traits include: decorative (but not destructive) digging, off leash you can expect to see nothing but her fluffy departing butt while you hoarsely shout her name into the distance, and she’s friendly, clever, independent and all-round awesome.
Indy is very friendly and social, with both people and dogs, and loves affection, while being quite happy to keep herself entertained. She liked playing with her toys or doggo mates, loves the great outdoors and adores walks along the beach.
Indy is a great member of the household, with storms not a real concern, a quiet disposition, and she saves barking or howling for the most extreme conditions. She can also politely ask to go to the loo!
She’s toilet trained, can sit and shake, and would love to learn some new skills. She might eat a book if you leave her home alone for too long though! She’s also good on lead, if an enthusiastic walker!
Indy is quiet dog only barking when she gets excited when playing. She can be known to have a howl when excited or sometimes sad. Indy will let you know she needs to go to the toilet by poking you with her nose and circling around you.
In short, she’s an absolute darling, and very pretty to boot. We think she’ll make a much-loved and marvellous addition to most households! If you’re interested in this gorgeous girl, keep in mind – she is not suited to living with cats, chooks or pocket pets, secure 6ft+ dig proof fences and lots of love.
